This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you access and use the Twinku App and/or Website (our “Products”) and informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Twinku Solutions and Technologies Limited (RC ) For the purpose of the NDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
  • "Country" refers to Nigeria
  • "Cookies" are small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses. alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
  • "Data Controller", for the purposes of the NDPR refers to the Company as the legal person which

  • "NDPR” means the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (2019).

For the purposes of NDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to you such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
  • "Products" refers to the Company’s website and mobile application.
  • "Service Provider" means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Products, to provide or improve the Products on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Products or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Products are used. For the purpose of the NDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.
  • "Usage Data" refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Products or from the Products infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

When you access the Products by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

7.4. Sale of Personal Information of Minors Under 16 Years of Age

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18 through our Products, although certain third party websites that we link to may do so. These third-party websites have their own terms of use and privacy policies and we encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and instruct their children to never provide information on other websites without their permission.

We do not sell the personal information of customers we actually know are less than 18 years of age, unless We receive affirmative authorization (the "right to opt-in") from either the customer who is between 13 and 18 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a Customer less than 13 years of age. 8. Deletion of Personal Data/User Account

You have the right to delete your account at any time through our app. To delete your account, log in to the mobile app and navigate to theo"Account" menu on the bottom navigation bar, click on "Delete account" and complete the process. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers. This includes, but is not limited to, the following types of data:

1. Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and any other contact information.
2. Account Details: Username, profile information, and any preferences or settings you have configured.
3. Usage Data: Logs of your interactions with the app, including activity history, search history, and any saved content.
4. Transaction Data: Any records of purchases, subscriptions, or transactions conducted through the app.
5. Content and Communications: Messages, posts, and other content you have created or shared within the app.
6. Linked Accounts: Information from third-party accounts that you have linked to our app (e.g., social media profiles).

Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and your data cannot be recovered. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the instructions provided in the app’s settings menu.
